Buying online is supposed to make life easy, but sometimes things don’t arrive as we expect! Ecostainable complies by Australian Consumer Law.
If a package or product arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and the item will be replaced.
Change of Mind:
If you have decided you no longer want the item, we can accept returns*, so as long as the product has not been used, the packaging is entire and there is no evident tampering.
Returning products are at the customers expense and responsibility until it is received by Ecostainable, please consider insurance or tracking on your return. Please call or email us to obtain a return number. Under consumer law you have 30 days from purchase to return an item. We can offer you a refund or an exchange – delivery fees will apply as if a new purchase.
*excludes products that do not have a manufacturers seal, particularly body, cleaning, skin and hair care products. If you are not sure if you will be keeping the product you purchase, please let us know and we can ensure there is a seal on the product before it is dispatched.
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.
Due to hygiene reasons, there are NO RETURNS on any menstrual cups or pads. Please discuss with us on 1800870100 or email email@example.com if you are having difficulties choosing the right size or brand.
Cheeki Lifetime Warranty:
Wear and tear is not included under the Cheeki Lifetime Warranty. This includes scratches and dents; paint chips from the product being dropped, banged or damaged in any way; or damage resulting from incorrect or neglectful cleaning practices.
Manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange only if they have been purchased from an Authorised Cheeki Dealer.
⦁ Broken or leaking lids.
⦁ Product that do not insulate correctly.
⦁ Products that arrive damaged. In this instance please do not use your product. Used products cannot be replaced or exchanged.
⦁ Uneven or rough surface or edging on your product.
⦁ Loose internal part or rattle. Sometimes manufacturing “beads” are caught inside the walls of insulated products. These are not harmful and will not affect the functioning of your product but they can be annoying.
Each claim will be handled on a case by case basis. Only the parts of the product that are affected will be replaced or exchanged.
