Ecostainable offers several delivery choices at the checkout. Please read this shipping guide to make the best choice for your needs.
DELIVERY BY AUSTRALIA POST
Ecostainable uses Australia Post Regular Parcel Post for shipping/delivery unless otherwise specified, or alternative options are selected by you at the checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information from us, after your order is shipped. We recommend you use this tracking information to calculate when delivery is expected.
Ensuring your Parcel arrives with Registered Post / Signature on Delivery.
If you are NOT home, Australia Post will LEAVE your parcel in a safe location as deemed by the Australia Post contractor. If you DO NOT want your parcel to be left, you MUST SELECT Registered Post at the checkout - an additional $2.95. These parcels will require a signature on delivery and if you are not home, a calling card with pick up locations will be left.
99% of our orders arrive without any trouble, however we want to make your options clear. We will not re-ship parcels that have been deemed delivered by Australia Post, and HIGHLY recommend you choose the Registered Post option.
Due to a number of parcels being lost/stolen lately, we have now amended our shipping options for parcels that weigh over 5kg - these parcels will now INCLUDE Registered Post and require a signature on delivery.
PLEASE NOTE - Australia Post only keep parcels for a maximum 14 days.
If your parcel is not collected within this time frame it will be returned to us and you will be required to pay postage to have the items shipped again. We will NOT re-ship free shipping orders again for free.
If you are not going to be able to collect your parcel we recommend you authorise someone to collect it on your behalf or place a hold on your mail (at a cost).
By placing an order with us you accept Australia Post's terms and conditions of delivery.
Australia Post is committed to delivering better environmental outcomes, and have introduced carbon neutral parcel deliveries by purchasing carbon credits. For further information please see the Australia Post website.

Due to the huge increase in shipping costs, we are no longer able to offer free shipping. The best priced shipping is the Drop Shipping offered on Tri Nature only purchases.

EXPRESS POST
Express Parcel Post is also offered at checkout, but PLEASE NOTE that Express Post is NOT covered under Australia Post’s NEXT DAY GUARANTEE – use their delivery calculator to decide if Express is viable for you.
The Express Post charges are as follows:
~ EXPRESS up to 500g -$15.95
~ EXPRESS up to 1kg - $19.95
~ EXPRESS up to 3kg - $24.95
~ EXPRESS up to 5kg - $32.95
Discounted Drip Shipping for TRI NATURE ONLY ORDERS
At the checkout of Tri Nature only orders you will be offered the option of Drop Shipping directly from Tri Nature and sent via Star Track.
VIC, ACT, NSW - $10
QLD or SA - $12
NT, WA or Tas - $16.
Will not ship to PO Boxes and orders will be left if no one is home, this is called Authority To Leave and parcels will be left at your front door if not otherwise specified. If you do not want your order to be left, you may request the order to be shipped via Australia Post at this discounted rate.
Orders shipped at this discounted rate will incur longer handling time at the Tri Nature warehouse (up to 7 business days). Shipping via Star Track can take 3-14 days depending upon your location, these times are only estimates and do not include delays for COVID19 or delays from unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking will be provided via email from us upon dispatch of your order from Tri Nature.
OTHER DROP SHIPPING
In some instances, Ecostainable may organise delivery to come direct from our supplier, this is called ‘drop shipping’ and may be used on bulky items like toilet paper and bulk cleaning, kitchen and laundry products.
We will contact you via phone or email to advise if we will be drop shipping products to you. You will also be provided tracking if possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is available using Australia Post International Parcels to most destinations. Prices start from $15.95 (plus any optional tracking extras), please contact us if you wish to have something delivered overseas.
International shipping will require signature on delivery at a cost of $5.50. If a parcel is unable to be delivered it will not be returned to sender, so please make sure the address details are correct before requesting International Shipping.
DELIVERY BY ECOSTAINABLE - Personally delivered by our team
When you are offered the 'Delivery by Ecostainable' option at the checkout your address is in our personal delivery radius and we offer a discounted and capped delivery fee, specifically created for orders that weigh over 5kg.
If you select this option at checkout, delivery will occur between 7-14 days and we will contact you via email or sms to notify of your delivery day.
Please DO NOT choose this option if you require your delivery earlier than 7-14 days, unless previously arranged with us.
